Find a Befriender

Our befrienders are local people who have been professionally trained to provide a voluntary telephone-based befriending support service.

Effectively a befriender is a member of our community who is there to help reduce social isolation, promote independence, and improve self-confidence, emotional health, and wellbeing of people in need of that support.

Befriending Service

Would you like to have access to help if you are feeling anxious, stressed or alone?

Do you live in North Lurgan (Kilwilkie)or Drumgask (Drumbeg, Meadowbrook and Monbrief) and surrounding areas?

This programme has trained volunteer befrienders who want to help those in need.
Our telephone-based volunteers want to help you where they can or connect you with the services you need – this could be helping with mental health issues, giving you someone to talk to or simply helping you to contact support services.

PLEASE CONTACT US BY COMPLETING THE REFERRAL FORM BELOW.
